Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.

Ordering,

You can buy products from us online through our website, or by telephone. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order and the total amount that is payable.
If you are paying by Credit Card then a receipt for your payment will be sent to you by email from Paypal. This means that Paypal has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been dispatched. Please note that some of the larger items that we sell or items that require engraving are shipped direct from our suppliers so may take a while longer to be delivered to you. Please allow up to 10 days if an item requires engraving or a photo placing on it. Please note we regret that once a product has been personalised it cannot be returned for a refund.

You can pay by, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All Credit Card transactions are processed through Paypal. All our prices include VAT.

All the prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.

Delivery,

We aim to deliver all orders within the UK in around seven working days. However if an item is out of stock or requires engraving then you will emailed with an approx delivery date. A Present4u will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by Royal Mail or by any Courier we choose to use. If however, in any event your parcel is delayed and doesn't arrive when expected then please contact us as soon as possible, and we will investigate.

Returns,

If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, then please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within 30 days - for a full refund or replacement, less a 10% handling charge, (unless we are at fault) A refund will then be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods. Please note we regret that once a product has been personalised it cannot be returned for a refund.

General,

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order with apresent4u.com, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our best to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.

Apresent4u.com can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website
